Lance Bass says that he and his husband, Michael Turchin, are ready to be fathers.
The handsome couple were attending a benefit for the onePULSE Foundation at NeueHouse in Los Angeles on Friday.
On the red carpet, they were asked if they’re planning to add themselves to the ‘NSYNC fathers club.’
Two of Bass’ ex-bandmates, Joey Fatone and Justin Timberlake, are already fathers.
‘We plan on doing the baby thing ourselves sometime soon,’ Bass, 37, told ET with Turchin by his side.
The couple got married in December 2014 at the Park Plaza Hotel in downtown L.A.
Their wedding was also featured in a 90-minute E! special — the first time an American television network had broadcasted a celebrity wedding between two men.
Bass was the host at the Friday event which aimed to raise funds for the victims of the 12 June nightclub shooting which took place in Orlando, Florida.
‘It’s great that I can lend my voice to something like this,’ he shared. ‘Living in Orlando for several years I feel very a part of that community. It’s where I came out as gay myself. It’s just very special to me to be able to give back in any way.’
He added, ‘During tragedies like this entertainment does come together and put out the word. Really helps raise a lot of money for tragedies like this.’
Bass also told the attendees to ‘choose hope.’
‘Let us choose hope tonight and every night,’ he said. ‘Pulse was a place where you could dance freely and safely without the fear of being judged.’
Other VIPs at the event included Los Angeles mayor Eric Garcetti, Caitlyn Jenner, Matt Bomer, will.i.am, LP, Stevie Wonder and Jessie J.
