Tom Daley is not only blessing the world with his beautiful body, he is also sharing what exercises to do to get to his shape.
The 22-year-old, who recently won a bronze medal at the Rio Olympics, took to his YouTube channel to share the secrets to getting a perky butt naturally.
‘Over the next six weeks, I’m going to be giving you butt workouts to help you sculpt and tone your butt ready for summer,’ he says.
For this week’s workout, Daley wants you to get on the floor for a few sets of hip bridges, donkey kicks, squats, ‘clamshells,’ and kneeling side leg swings.
